Stephen has been in the surveying profession for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience in various locations throughout the United Kingdom and abroad whilst working for various organisations.
In December 2014, Evolution Surveys Ltd was established to deliver customer satisfaction within the industries who use land surveyor services.

Jess joined the family business in 2016 and has gained lots of knowledge and experience whilst working on a variety of different surveys throughout the United Kingdom.
Jess graduated with a distinction from the Survey School in July 2019 and also received the Vice President's award for exceptional work. She has also completed and passed her Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Surveying.
